Seattle Veterinary Outreach does not provide spay and neuter services. We hope that you are able to access spay and neuter at the following clinics:

Free and Low Cost Spay/Neuter Clinics
NW Spay and Neuter Clinic is located in Tacoma and provides services for dogs and cats.
Feral Cat Spay Neuter Project has two locations (Lynnwood and Renton) and provides services for cats only.
NOAH Spay Neuter Clinic is located in Stanwood and provides services for dogs and cats.
Seattle Humane Spay Neuter Clinic is located in Bellevue and provides services for dogs and cats.
Seattle Animal Shelter Spay Neuter Clinic is located in Seattle and provides services for dogs, cats and rabbits.
Pasado's Safe Haven has a mobile spay/neuter van that travels in Pierce and Snohomish Counties providing low-cost spay/neuter surgeries to income-qualified residents.
Homeward Pet Spay Neuter Clinic is located in Woodinville and provides services for dogs and cats.
Voucher Programs
These programs provide funding for spay/neuter directly to clinics, they do not reimburse pet owners for completed procedures.
Concern for Animals provides reduced-cost vouchers for residents of Thurston, Mason, Lewis or Grays Harbor county. Call to schedule (360) 456-8176.
Humane Society for Tacoma/Pierce County offers vouchers to qualified members of the public for low-cost spay and neuter services at local participating veterinarians. To qualify for this program, you must be a low-income resident of Pierce County or the city of Federal Way.
Hello Pitty Rescue Pitbulls only. Partners with Northwest Spay & Neuter Program (Tacoma).
Meow Cat Rescue provides spay/neuter funds for dogs, feral or free-roaming cats, cats belonging to anyone needing financial assistance, and cats who qualify for their Toms & Moms program. Partners with Seattle Humane Society (Bellevue), Northwest Spay & Neuter Program (Tacoma), Pasado’s Safe Haven (Pierce County), Feral Cat Spay & Neuter Project (Lynnwood), and N.O.A.H. (Stanwood).
Pawsitive Alliance provides vouchers up to $70 per cat and $160 per dog towards the cost of surgery at Seattle Humane Society (Bellevue), Northwest Spay & Neuter Program (Tacoma), Pasado’s Safe Haven (Pierce County), Feral Cat Spay & Neuter Project (Lynnwood), and N.O.A.H. (Stanwood).
Purrfect Pals provides spay/neuter vouchers for cats only towards the cost of surgery at Feral Cat Spay & Neuter Program (Lynnwood), N.O.A.H. (Stanwood), and Northwest Spay & Neuter Program (Tacoma).
SNAP (Spay Neuter all Pets) provides services for Thurston county residents only. You must apply in person at 3120 Martin Ave East.
South County Cats provides spay or neuter vouchers for feral cats and cats cared for by income-qualified South King County residents (partnered with Feral Cat Spay & Neuter Program).

Animal Hospital of Maple Valley is located in Maple Valley and provides services for both dogs and cats.
Greenwood Animal Hospital is located in North Seattle and provides services for both dogs and cats.
Afford A Vet is located in Kent and provides services for both dogs and cats.
Auburn Valley Animal Hospital is located in Auburn and provides services for both dogs and cats.
South Seattle Veterinary Hospital is located in White Center and provides services for both dogs and cats.
