We operate on a first-come, first-served basis and do not take appointments. We prioritize sick pets and strive to ensure that they receive the care they need.
Our team arrives at 9am and we are often full for the day at this point. To ensure your pet is seen, clients typically start arriving around 7:00 AM to 8:00 AM. This helps secure a spot since we operate on a first-come, first-served basis but is not a guarantee.
We allow a maximum of 2 pets per household per clinic visit. While you can have up to three pets in our system, you may only bring two at a time.
We only perform nail trims if they are medically necessary. Due to the time and resources required, we are unable to accommodate routine nail trims. We have nail trim kits available with the necessary tools and instructions available.
We accept cash, debit, and credit cards.
We provide a range of pet resources, including pet food, collars, leashes, harnesses, beds, and more. For pet parents, we offer information on community resources such as food, shelter, healthcare, and more. We can also provide referrals to local social service providers.
Expect a wait time of a few hours. We start seeing patients at 10:00 AM and continue until 2:00 PM. Depending on your position in line, you might wait 3-4 hours.
Each clinic location has a designated area for lines. Look for our blue sign that says “Line starts here” when you arrive. It is important to form a line when you arrive, we do not accept lists made by community members as this often causes confusion.
Our ambulance arrives at 9:00am to set up and we distribute client forms. We begin seeing clients once the veterinarians arrive around 10:00am and continue until 2:00pm.
Your pet will be seen by a licensed veterinarian in Washington.
If you have previous medical records for your pet, please bring them. Additionally, you may want to bring a chair, snacks, and beverages for the day.
Medication refills are only available for pets seen at our clinic within the last year. Many pets receive medications that can be picked up at a local pharmacy. You can do this after receiving a written prescription and then price checking medication through GoodRX.
GoodRx gathers current prices and discounts to help you find the lowest cost pharmacy for your prescription. If you need a written prescription and your pet was seen within the last 12 months, please email us at [email protected] If your pet receives medication that is only for companion animals and is not available through a local human pharmacy, it is recommended that you your refill requests goes through Chewy.
